I was searching for something…I needed something to fill a void in my life…I just didn’t know what it was that I was looking for. After school I thought work was what I was looking for to fill the void. Would money do that?

I found someone who had something different. That “something” I was looking for. Then I discovered what that something was. It was a relationship with Jesus Christ. The person I found is now my husband, and he lead me to Christ on our first date.Life has been a roller coaster since that day in 1995. I married the wonderful man who introduced me to my Savior.

We lived life like any other married couple with no children. We have had a lot of fun. We have also had our share of hard times. We have seen financial difficulties resulting from two premature births of our children and many medical problems, but MY GOD is faithful. We have made it through our storms in life through prayer, focusing on God’s will for our lives and our support system (First North).
